That means that for every client who will subscribe to Eva’s Garden through your website, you will automatically receive at least 50% of the Gross Net, but perhaps, depending of the level of EG’s memberships that your site can generate, 55% or 60 %! We have activated the “Bonus Level tiering” of Ccbill, and it gives to affiliates the opportunity to increase their share.
And that, not only at the first registration of the users, but also at each of their recurring payments during their entire future memberships with Eva’s Garden.
Your share will be paid to you directly by CCBill and not by us, which excludes any distrust in future profits. By using the name and password that you will get when registering, you can control how your account increases directly through the CCBill affiliate page. The payments will be sent to you on a weekly basis, with the minimal payable amount being USD 25.

Right after registering as our representative, we begin to monitor all clients who connect through your website. This monitoring proceeds in two ways:

Through cookies – so we automatically detect every client from you, and that for a period of three days from his first click. So if your client will pay for his membership not immediately but within three days, you will still receive your share.

It is up to you to provide the maximum space for traffic in any form that doesn’t breach our terms and conditions of cooperation, but the more you expose Eva’s Garden, the more you will sale and you can increase your share from 50 % to 55 or 60 %...
Relations and terms and conditions of payment:
- All content of Eva’s Garden.eu is copyrighted and registered as trademark.
- Spam e-mails, News-Group and IRC are strictly prohibited for the promotion of Eva’s Garden.

It can happened that we give authorization to some affiliate, with whom we have successful collaboration, the right to use some content from the member zone, under some very specific conditions, but basically we will immediately terminate collaboration with affiliates who are violating this point of our conditions without our agreement.

- All promotion material used by an affiliate must include the Eva’s garden registered trademark sign.
In case of any breach of these rules and conditions, all cooperation with you will be terminated immediately, including all CCBill agenda.
Eva’s Garden is not liable for losses resulting from time delays due to problems of your technical equipment. We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time without prior notice. In such cases you will be informed immediately and all payments accumulated until such moment will be paid to you, except for cases of breach of any terms and conditions of this agreement in any way, in which case none of the pending payments will be paid anymore.
Eva’s Garden reserves the right to terminate your account if it is inactive for more than 2 weeks. In such cases you will be informed in advance. We reserve the right to refuse any future partner to join our program for a reason based on competing of his website with ours or for any other reason. We reserve the right to modify the amount of paid fees. All payments are paid in US currency.
